The role will partner closely with Sales leadership on the planning and analysis of everything from Top Line Sales, Trade fuel, Media, Capex and e-Commerce, through Profit for this channel. Job Responsibilities : Accountable for all stages of financial controlling and delivering business results : Co-develop financial sales and investment strategyDevelop and Deliver full CPD Customer P&L BudgetMonitor and analyze historical and forward looking sales and spend performance, Issuing monthly executive summaryDevelop and Lead financial negotiation of terms and annual customer Joint Business Plan (JBP) with customerImplement and improve current financial controls and trade fuel management in adherence with L’Oreal internal group rules and normsReview current pricing and promotional spend mechanismsCollaborate with business partners to ensure healthy levels of stock in tradeDevelop and implement long term customer–focused and financially responsible Omni Channel strategy with cross functional business partnersLead management and compliance of trade fuel spend within division trade fuel management system (APEX)Monitor health of balance sheet and manage corrective action as required Support Sales Customer Team Leads in delivering brand objectives and work across multifunctional support team to effectively deliver customer needsQualifications and Experience : MBA Preferred10 years’ experience in progressively challenging rolesFinancial Statement / P&L ManagementPeople management experience preferredCPG experience a plus Skills : Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, business acumen, leadership skills, oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills required; must have expert-level experience with Excel and WordFinancial reporting experience and use of COGNOS, SAP, Hyperion, or similar systemsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environmentMust have the ability to interact with all levels of managementPeople management experience preferred As an integral part of our culture at L’Oréal, wellness is at our core.
