What You Will Learn:
La Roche-Posay is seeking an project coordinator. This role is full-time, located at 10 Hudson Yards, NY, NY 10001.
The ideal candidate for this role has experience with working on multiple projects, and working between clients and internal teams, as well as having strong communication and organization skills. The role will support the Medical and Media Relations team and also the AVP of new product development.
- Assist in production of medical relations communication initiatives and materials including coordinating virtual and live events including medical congress tradeshows; working with our tactical agency of record to provide distribution lists for mailings related to live and virtual events (product, collaterial, etc.)
- Work with internal teams and clients to develop and implement project timelines related to new product development launches, as well as go-to market events for those launches
- Work closely with the various La Roche-Posay medical, new product development, and marketing teams, internal clients, and vendors in order to help execute programs related to new launches
- Assist with the development and implementation of communication activities such as submitting new medical relations communications (webinars, new publications, etc.) to the LDB Integrated Marketing Communications team and other teams as directed
- Coordinate various efforts for new product development, including working on concepts, managing lab samples, competitive products, and other duties, as directed by head of New Product Development
- Administrative support by leading processing of Purchase Orders for Medical & Media Relations and managing(expense reports for VP, Medical & Media Relations
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with communications / marketing within a corporation, non-profit agency, public relations firm, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, healthcare, or communications highly preferred
