What You Will Learn:
- Be responsible for increasing the top and bottom-line revenue stream of the Ralph Lauren brand by driving sales in key markets.
- Identify zone-specific opportunities for brand growth and advocate for the zones with cross-functional partners.
- Build and foster strong relationships by zone.
- Global expansion support: Generate informed market/distribution/retailer and consumer insights by collecting, aggregating, and synthesizing sales, market (size, categories, competitors, & prices), and consumer data for the IBD team.
- Existing business support: Track monthly country sales and provide key highlights, challenges, and opportunities.
- Includes analysis of pricing and updates.
- Update country trackers, monitor reviews & ratings and consumer sentiment through social listening, and report learnings & insights.
- Support the preparation and proper launch of new & existing markets with 360° marketing support by working effectively cross-functionally.
- Track and share competitive information, including new launches, pricing, and sales drivers (to understand how quickly we can reach the top 3 in [clarify "MY"] & enter Skincare).
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and synthesize data in Excel.
- Be detail-oriented with good project and interpersonal skills.
- Support preparations for all meetings, especially DRIVE.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in the beauty industry (with Luxe market experience)
- Knowledge of international markets, ideally with international assignment experience
- Expertise in compiling insights from multiple qualitative and quantitative (NPD, Nielsen) sources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage complexity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of image and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with cross-functional departments
