- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing files.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to improve office efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role. Must be proficient with quickbooks enterprise system
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing invoicing and scheduling tasks.
