Job Summary
As a Starts Coordinator at L&S, you will be responsible for generating new home starts, house changes and upgrades by reviewing floor plans, purchase orders and other methods using our in-house system. This position will also be responsible for various paperwork, administrative and billing related duties. Key relationships will be with field production, builders, and multiple L&S departments
General Responsibilities
- Review all builder documentation including start memos, home options, floor plans and purchase orders to create a new house in our system.
- Enter changes to existing houses in company database when homeowner options are modified.
- Assist with billing records, subcontractor pay and confirmation of materials for multiple departments.
- Prepare paperwork for applicable trades which includes tracking labor and materials.
