We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager who will help our company scale by overseeing the day to day operations. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, extremely organized, and hard working.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day operations across multiple company programs
- Lead new business initiatives and hold teams accountable to execution timelines
- Implement tools, keep key projects on track, and align work with business objectives
- Work closely with human resources in recruiting, workforce planning, company policy, and inventory management
- Maintain consistent communication with clinic managers to ensure weekly tasks and deposits are completed in a timely manner
- Oversee in-home program to ensure seamless dispatch of remote workers, and solve complex or time sensitive problems
- Cross-collaborate with all company departments to achieve business goals
- Identify areas of overlap and opportunities for efficiencies
- Supervise customer service and sales, and track progress and performance
- Create reports for CEO and human resources when necessary
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Tech savvy- MS Suite, Google Suite, Outlook, Amazon Seller, CRM
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
