Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Client Service Associate in our Spokane Valley office.
Our CSAs are responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while assisting with a variety of insurance and/or investment related tasks. Common tasks include gathering and entering client data into our client management system, preparing and submitting insurance applications, opening new investment accounts, answering client questions, and servicing policies and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent service delivery.
- Managing client requests addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilizing CRM to track interactions and proactively manage tasks.
- Serving as a liaison between clients, team members, and the home office; gathering information, signatures, or other materials necessary to get accounts opened and funded and/or insurance applications submitted, and policies delivered.
- Monitoring various software programs to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
- Assisting in developing and/or documenting systems and processes.
- Providing support on special projects, as needed.
- Contributing to a professional, positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Life & Health Insurance License and/or Securities License (SIE, Series 6 or Series 7, and Series 63) strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with various programs including MS Office, CRM, etc.
- Personally owned and paid for smart phone available for business use (calls, work-related applications, email, etc.)
- Required to obtain Life & Health Insurance licenses within first 60 days, if not currently licensed - all costs paid by employer.
- Our industry is highly regulated and therefor candidates must pass a thorough background check including fingerprinting prior to start date.

Pay
- Starting base pay is $45,000 to $65,000 DOE and licensing.
