What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney position at L2R Consulting?
Entry level attorney is required to deal with all areas of family law, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, probate matters, legal research, and preparation of pleadings, discovery, and attendance at mediation, motions and trial. There will be some involvement in construction litigation, complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy.
Legal Experience :
Attorney is preferred to have at least one (1) year civil litigation experience and member of Southern District of Florida. Must be versed in Family Law matters. We are looking for someone that has a real passion for their profession and for serving the clients. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Other :
Ability to prioritize and work independently.
Must be a self-starter, able to handle a large volume of work in fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills.
Keeping the Clients updated with all proceedings.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Plan and organize work to meet schedules and time lines.
Individual must have a high level of enthusiasm and motivation along with excellent work ethics.
Must be very organized.

This office is located in the Miami-Dade, Kendall Area.
