L2R Consulting is seeking an experienced Operations and Projects Assistant to support our Service Operations team. In this role, you will coordinate projects, ensure efficient operations, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administrative functions and project coordination, as well as experience working with Managed Services Providers (MSPs). Proficiency in MS Office, accounting workbooks, and financial reporting tools is essential.
- Facilitate and coordinate client requests for changes in the service, ensuring that risks are assessed and changes are approved and implemented according to process.
- Support the financial close process and participate in reviewing and validating preliminary financial reports and billing schedules.
