About Our Team
We are seeking a highly skilled High Reliability Electronics Specialist to join our team at L2x Talent Solutions. As a High Reliability Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of electrical systems for high-reliability applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with electrical CAD modeling systems such as Altium or OrCAD/Cadence. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reliability and quality of electrical systems for high-reliability applications
- Perform worst-case circuit analysis and de-ratings
- Lead electrical hardware component selection/optimization
- Provide sustaining support to existing products
- Work in a cross-functional team environment to assure electrical system level integration and design for manufacturability
- Be familiar with Electrical DFMEAs to ensure products conform to customer specifications and requirements
- Construct prototypes; evaluate and document their performance; identify possible improvements
- Explore new and existing circuit designs and methods to solve design challenges
- Maintain an awareness of customer requirements and any complaints to identify any areas that may need development or improvement
- Be able to work with various design sites globally
- Prepare technical reports
