Leasing Specialist

L3 Campus is looking for energetic and outgoing individual to work at our beautiful & stylish Daytona Beach, FL community! The right candidate will be comfortable working with students, showing apartments, working in a variety of software's, completing legal paperwork, preforming phone & email follow ups, assisting with local, online and social media marketing efforts, and generally assisting the property management team with a variety of operational tasks.

The right candidate must possess: positive & motivated attitude, professional demeanor and appearance, excellent phone skills, outgoing personality, strong computer skills, excellent work ethic, sales experience or natural ability, and the desire to be part of a team.

Preference will be shown to candidates who have experience in: leasing, student housing, property management and/or RealPage software. Only candidates who submit resumes will be considered. Advancement and higher starting compensation is negotiable if highly experienced.
