What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Laborer/Carpenter for Outdoor Living Company position at L3 Installer Services LLC?
We are looking for a skilled worker to assist with building of decks, screen porches, covered patios, etc. The best candidate is someone that has carpentry construction experience with knowledge of decks or screen room building preferred. We are open to someone with limited experience in these fields; however you must be quick learner and go-getter. Reliable transportation and reliability is a must!
Knowledge of proper use of hand tools, using a saw, measuring, etc. is needed. Climbing of ladders will be required, so you must be comfortable doing so. Our material weight varies so there will be times where heavy lifting will be needed.
This position will be 5 days a week; however not necessarily 40 hrs week. Our day usually starts at 8:30 and is usually done by 5 pm. An occasional weekend may be necessary.
Compensation to be discussed during the interview and is based on skill level and experience. Compensation will start at an hourly rate with the potential of a piece rate/per job rate once skill, experience, etc. are determined.

Key Responsibilities -
- Assist in construction of decks, screen enclosure, patio covers and other outdoor living projects.
- Load and unload materials and tools.
- Prepare job sites as needed (either prepping materials or removing them).
- Follow instructions and work well as a team.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
