- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Expert-level knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.
- Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and designing advanced IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation for task optimization and system administration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Experience using ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and ScreenConnect.
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider or an IT consulting company.
- macOS technical support and basic troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Intune configuration and troubleshooting.
- Azure Virtual Desktop experience.
- PowerShell Knowledge
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Server 2016/2019/2022 and its roles and features.
- Experienced administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Entra Domain Services (Azure Active Directory Domain Services).
- Experience with Entra Conditional Access Policies.
- Knowledgeable with supporting and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
