We are looking for a project coordinator and producer's assistant for ongoing projects in both high-level corporate / commercial and some narrative productions. The ideal candidate should want to produce or coordinate and must be willing to make phone calls, handle scheduling, budgeting, and bookings, learn production / pre-production basics, and reconcile accounting and receipts after a production wraps. The candidate must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and possess impressive organizational skills. A college degree is required. Willingness to travel for production is a plus.
Experience
Experience in production coordinating, proficiency in spreadsheets, and on-set experience are required.
