Responsibilities

- Ability to work direct care if there are call offs.
- Ability to perform Admissions to completion when patients arrive at the facility.
- Monitor the performance of nursing staff and conduct regular evaluations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and staff performance.
