Key Responsibilities
As an In-Home Caregiver, your primary duties will include:
- Adhering to prescribed care plans.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks (such as bed making, laundry, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, and vacuuming).
- Offering companionship and personal care to clients.
- Flexibly adjusting to client needs and schedules.
To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
- Exceptional communication and listening abilities.
- A compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic mathematics.
- Strong attention to detail with the capacity to follow directions accurately.
