What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at La Bon Bake Shoppes?
La Bon Bake Shoppes is looking for help in our customer service department in Edison.
The hours required are Tuesday through Friday from 1pm-8:30pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 5:30pm.
This is a full-time position
Must be available holidays
Responsibilities include
Answering customer phone calls and emails
-Includes taking custom orders, answering inquiries, and responding to custom cake requests
Answering calls and inquiries from store salespeople
-Includes answering questions on customer orders and in-store inquiries
Processing Bakery orders
-Includes entering orders into production software and phone orders into point-of-sale software
Creating daily Production and Inventory Lists
-Includes entering physical inventory into Production software
Processing Catering Orders
-Creating invoices and printouts for customers and production for pack-out and delivery
Processing wholesale orders
-Printing invoices for customers and pack-outs and delivery schedules for drivers
Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (primarily Word and Outlook)
