Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Jersey Senior Advisors, you will play a key role in supporting our clients, answering inquiries, and providing essential information about our services. You will help clients navigate their insurance options with clarity and confidence, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and address any issues or concerns.
- Educate clients on various insurance options and help them choose appropriate coverage.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Contact carriers and handle client enrollments.
- Schedule and manage appointments using provided tools or software.
Qualifications:
- Active NJ health insurance license (required) within 90 days of hire. All costs paid for licensing.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage high-volume workloads.
- Preference for applicants with experience in Medicare, health insurance, or medical terminology.
- Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
