We are seeking someone passionate and excited about integrated behavioral health, specifically the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model, to support our integrated behavioral health services across multiple primary care, dental, outreach, and Women's clinics. This is a full-time position with a balance of 50% clinical and 50% administrative duties. Clinical duties include integrated behavioral health services within a primary care clinic, and administrative duties include clinical supervision and training for integrated BHCs and behavioral health support specialists as well as BHC interns when indicated. In this role, the Clinical Lead partners with the IBH Manager to support the team in developing and maintaining solid documentation, workflows, and integration efforts. The Clinical Lead will also be part of our broader behavioral health service leadership team partnering closely with our IBH manager, psychiatric services director and our behavioral health officer in creating streamlined and stepped levels of behavioral health care for the lifespan.

Supervisory Duties :

• Provides clinical supervision, coaching, and development for integrated BHC and BHSS team members to include goal setting and evaluations in partnership with clinic managers.
• Provides required clinical supervision of all team members ensuring the supervision effectively meets requirements for certification and / or licensure where indicated.

Qualifications :

Must have at least 3-5 years' experience in a primary role as mental health or behavioral health provider. Must be able to interact with a variety of individuals at various levels under stressful circumstances while exercising sound judgement, tact, and diplomacy; work productively both independently and in a team

setting; communicate with clarity, both verbally and in writing to groups of all sizes and levels; possess the confidence and ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to workforce members, leadership, and the governing board.
