In this pivotal role, you will oversee integrated behavioral health services, specialty programs, and substance use treatment initiatives in a team-based, patient-centered medical home environment. This role combines clinical leadership, program development, and strategic collaboration to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for underserved communities.

This position is expected to travel to multiple sites regularly.

EDUCATION: Graduate degree in Mental Health 
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years clinical supervision experience, 3 years administrative supervision experience, experience with behavioral health program development and maintenance, preferred experience engaging with community partners and payees. LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS: LPC, LCSW, Psychologist required, and CADC II or III preferred.

Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.
