Rogue Community Health has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Behavioral Health Director. This leadership position provides direct site administrative leadership to all health center staff and works in collaboration with the Behavioral Health Clinical Director for any clinical supervision oversight.

This position is expected to travel to multiple sites regularly. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug screen.
EDUCATION: High school diploma. BA/BS in business administration or another related field is preferable.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years in a Behavioral Health office with two years of personnel, program management, and electronic medical records.
OR
Minimum 5 years in a management position responsible for project management and employee recruitment, training, and development. Three or more years working in a Federally Qualified Health Center, hospital, or similar medical model. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
