La Clinica is looking for RN 's who desires to actively engage with dynamic healthcare team's that are dedicated to comprehensive patient wellness.
The job responsibilities include:
- Provide RN level interventions for patients in the clinic
- Evaluate and care for patients on the nurse schedule
- Assist medical assistants in developing clinical skills
- Provide chronic disease education
- Triage patients and patient calls
- Serve as a clinical resource to the team
In our primary care medical home, you will work closely with other team members to compassionately and creatively serve the needs of our vulnerable and diverse populations. In addition, you will find opportunities to engage in population health focused interventions and the continuing development of a robust nursing practice.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A current unrestricted Oregon RN license, ADN accepted, BSN preferred
- One year experience in acute care or ambulatory care setting within the last eight years
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Computer and typing skills (Ex: Microsoft Office Word and Excel)
- Electronic medical record experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required
