Job Description
Join our team of lifeguards and swim instructors to maintain the health and safety of all participants, and provide high-quality programming, while building relationships with members and program participants. This full-time position is available at our Dahl branch in La Crosse, WI.
Details:
- Flexible hours –Full-time summer only (June-August)

Opportunity to negotiate for part-time position after August
Work rain or shine in a controlled environment -
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the health and safety of all participants
- Enforce rules and expectations
- Constant vigilance of pool activities
Conduct YMCA Learn-to-Swim lessons -
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Lifeguard Certification (for lifeguards only)
- CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer Certification (lifeguards only)
- YMCA Water Instructor Certification preferred (Instructors only)
Must enjoy working around children and adults of all ages -
