Do you have an eye for detail and cleanliness and enjoy being around people? If so the Y is looking for you to join our Environmental Department!
Specific Details : Weekdays – 10:00am to 2:00pm OR Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) – 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform housekeeping duties as assigned to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
- Collect, wash and dry towels used by members for cleaning exercise equipment
- Set up and take down program events as needed
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, etc.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
- Ability to work on your feet for multiple hours at a time
- Ability to move tables, chairs, etc., and lift up to 50 lbs.
