Bartender
Job Title: Bartender
Reports to: Management Team—General Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef, Director of Events, Event Coordinator
Wage status: Hourly service charge
Skill Factors- Must have knowledge of craft cocktails and in hospitality. Skills of shaking and stirring cocktails. Must be able to work independently and with a team.
Education Pursuing any degree
Experience 2 years in bartending and in hospitality
Communication Must be able to communicate with a diverse work force, which includes other bartenders, cooks, servers, and the management team.
Physical Demands Must be able to move quickly; must be able to stand for long periods; must be able to lift, push, and pull 20 pounds.
Psychological Demands Must be able to work with sense of urgency; must possess the ability to multitask; must pay close attention to details.
Work Demands Must be able to stay calm and fulfill the requests of multiple guests simultaneously without getting flustered.
Working Conditions
La Crosse Country Club’s employees will work a variety of conditions. Shifts vary from indoors and outdoors.
