Servers $4.50/ hour TIPS
Bartenders $8.00/hour TIPS
This position is an integral role in meeting the expectations we hold for ourselves, as well as those our guests hold for La Crosse Distilling Co. Creating an exceptional experience for customers are the expectations of this position.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Consistently serve beverage and food in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Attend pre-shift meeting before event begins in order to learn function particulars, including bar specs and guest expectations
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
Physical Requirement
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
- Frequently lift/carry up to 20 lbs
