The Regional Sales Manager provides leadership and motivation that drives exceptional customer experience, overall operational execution, and total store results. The Regional Manager fosters a high-quality work environment that establishes and maintains long-term relationships. The Regional Manager leads, executes all company initiatives, is results-driven, fosters team development, and ensures that sales and profitability goals are exceeded.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Operational
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly helpful environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, demonstrating solid product knowledge and meeting all other components of company's customer service guidelines.
- Completes business operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, employee/office reviews
- Responsible office cleanliness that includes; desks, backroom, bathroom and floor according to company policy.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures through regular management and staff meetings, walk-through, and audits, etc.
- Ensure daily deposits are done for all offices. Communicate with accounting dept., daily for all discrepancies/shortages and reconciliations of funds for each office.
- Train, develop and assess the performance of sales associates in all aspects of the business
Sales Management
- Monitor, analyze and measure sales performance; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Review office trends. Recommend and initiate changes for maximizing goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with Corporate Office, peers, and Upper Management
Requirements:
- Previous Sales experience (5 years)
- Management experience (5 years)
- Multi-Office Management Experience
- Previous Auto Insurance Experience Preferred
- Bilingual preferred – Spanish/ English
- Valid Texas Driver License
- Ability to pass criminal background screening for state licensing purposes
- 3 verifiable business references
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure
