Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, particularly in fine dining or quick service fast food restaurants. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to supervise staff effectively, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of food quality, and fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train staff, including assistant managers and kitchen personnel, to enhance team performance.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new employees.
• Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and ensure proper stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing transactions, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Plan and coordinate special events or banquets as needed to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry, preferably in fine dining or quick service fast food environments.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Experience with interviewing techniques and staff training methodologies.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and cost management strategies.
• Familiarity with POS systems and their application in restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $9.98 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
