Facility Manager
Location: 6 Rochester Locations
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Overview:
The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations across multiple locations, ensuring the timely resolution of repair requests and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This role includes managing maintenance work, supervising janitorial staff, and ensuring that company facilities are well-maintained and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and general facility issues (e.g., lighting, ballasts, paint, sinks, showers, etc.).
• Oversee and maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility.
• Perform tasks requiring physical strength, including climbing ladders, operating lifts/equipment, working on rooftops, and lifting heavy objects.
• Utilize basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
• Proficiently operate tools and equipment for various facility repairs, including plumbing, heating, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Implement preventative maintenance strategies to address potential issues before they arise (e.g., repairing corner guards, addressing carpet tears, fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and resealing caulking).
• Supervise, guide, and train janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with club managers to ensure effective communication regarding repairs and timely procurement of necessary parts.
• Maintain reliable transportation and provide proof of insurance.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
