The role of our Operations Manager in Training is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility while working alongside an experienced Operations Manager. While in our Operations Manager in Training role, you will hire, train, supervise all fitness, kids club and janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budgets, and uphold company standards.
This is an hourly position plus commission.
