Duties
- Greet and assist club members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about club services, products, and promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash register operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts to assist with sales analysis is a plus.
