Overview
Our club team consists of people passionate about health and fitness who are committed to making the fitness experience at our clubs an exceptional one. They span multiple departments and are responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, fun, friendly environment and helping set the tone for the club experience. Whether interacting with members, assisting operations, maintaining facilities, generating leads, building relationships, or closing deals, these team members play critical roles across nearly all aspects of the business. Opportunities in these different departments range from club staff to sales to maintenance and all the way up to managers, with almost something for everyone in between.
- Greet and assist club members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about club services, products, and promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash register operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts to assist with sales analysis is a plus.
