The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, business development, and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members.
- Conduct solution-based presentations to showcase the benefits of membership.
- Manage relationships with existing members to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business development within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on member needs and preferences to improve service offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or outside sales, preferably in a membership-based organization or fitness sector.
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex product features effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and territories successfully.
- Experience in conducting product demos and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving results.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $6,000.00 per month
