LA|FITNESS is the #1 privately owned health club in the United States. Established in 1984, we have built the business we have based on one major thing, MEMBERSHIP SALES! A Membership Director's primary responsibilities are to drive profit through the enrollment of new memberships combining the use of professional sales and marketing strategies. An MD (Membership Director) will work side by side with the Club Manager to keep the club clean, friendly and well maintained so that member retention can be high. An MD will also oversee and Assistant Membership Director & Membership Sales Advisors to hit membership goals and commission bonus thresholds on a monthly basis.
