What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Sales Advisor position at LA Fitness?
OVERVIEW:
Seeking a highly motivated and coachable individual that is looking to get their foot in the door to the Fitness Industry. Also, looking for accelerated career growth.
You will be responsible for daily sales (primarily memberships opportunities to sell personal training), external marketing (B2B, Corporations, Municipalities, etc...) and understanding of the KPIs. If you have a passion for fitness and strong work ethic. We want to hear from you!
Promotions to Assistant Membership Director and Membership Director in as quick as 30-90 days (Reliant on Personal Sales Production).
Once promoted to an Assistant Membership Director! We offer competitive pay, benefits packages, and opportunities for professional growth.
The average base pay is 38-48k, plus commissions, and monthly bonuses. Average annual Income is 55-75k with top earners making 80k per year.
