We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Staff member to join our team. Duties
- Help potential members get started on a membership
- Build value in having a healthy lifestyle through our sales process and having great product knowledge of fitness
- Make calls to guests that are interested in the gym and have them come in for a tour to help them get started on a membership
- be able to generate our own leads through outside and inside marketing to help produce new memberships
- Help keep the gym clean
- If we build enough value of having a personal trainer then also help get them started on a personal training program to help get further success in their own goals here at the gym
Skills
- Beginner - Expert Level sales experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

Pay: From $20.76 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
