What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute strategic membership sales plans with a focus on exceeding personal and team goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate positive member relationships.
- Collaborate with sales manager to implement effective external marketing strategies.
- Conduct sales training sessions, focusing on strategies to drive individual and team commissions.
