Duties

- Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and manage cash register operations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to handle customer purchases.
- Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies to provide informed assistance.
- Supervise and guide junior staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns.
- Actively engage with customers to promote sales and upsell products.
- Ensure the grocery store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is advantageous.
