We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team and act as a primary point of contact for members, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support regarding their memberships, services, and account-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and ensure the satisfaction of our members at every touchpoint.
Location: West Chester, PA
Pay: $20 to $25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Assist members with account management, including updating personal information, billing inquiries, and membership renewals.
- Resolve issues and concerns by researching and troubleshooting problems, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Educate members on available products, services, and benefits to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain accurate member records in our database and ensure all interactions are properly documented.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex member concerns and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or member services preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with computer systems and office software (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
