LMRV is currently hiring for a SPO Clerk (Special Parts Ordering) for our growing team. The ideal candidate has a can do attitude, a strong attention to detail and can multi-task.
SUMMARY: Set customer SPO appointments, review SPO Tracking Log, contact factories/vendors for ETAs and update in SPO Tracking Log
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call customers with updates on special ordered parts.
- Scan documents and provide clerical support.
- Follow up on back-ordered parts and replenish fast moving parts inventory daily.
- Notify the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have delays, progress, or have been received.
- Call manufacturers and place orders for parts, write SPO's for order and attach copy to RO for customer/service as needed
- Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special ordered parts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
- Retail/Parts/Customer service experience required.
- Prior RV/automotive parts experience a plus
- Background and drug screen required.
