Key Responsibilities: MANAGER
- Ensure the store opens on time and is adequately staffed.
- Implement and maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
- Maintain compliance with state and local laws, including cannabis regulations and OSHA requirements.
- Monitor and manage inventory, conduct regular audits, and minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain accurate daily accounting and financial reports.
- Provide leadership to staff, ensure accountability, and enforce company policies.
- Create and update monthly schedules for the store, ensuring coverage and adherence to labor laws.
- Monitor employee hours to prevent unauthorized overtime.
- Address minor maintenance needs and assess supply requirements.
Licensing and Requirements:
- Maintain a valid State compliance Marijuana Handler’s permit.
- Be available for multiple shifts and on-call status as needed.
- Ensure the store is operational during required hours.
