Company Description:
La Nurse Home Care Registry, a mid-size Florida based private duty home care and staffing company is seeking an experienced person for Recruiting, Credentialing and Scheduling in our Delray Beach office.
Job Duties:
Recruiting and Credentialing
- Call and screen HHAs, CNAs, LPNs and RNs for private duty homecare and/or staffing in nursing homes and rehab centers
- Assist with Credentialing of new candidates
- Constant contact with candidates, tracking progress
Scheduling
- Assist with client scheduling
- Communicate with clients regarding their scheduling needs
- Work with independent contractor caregivers to refer clients
- On Call Rotation-Take calls after hours and weekends for all emergencies, scheduling issues/changes, and new client referrals
Marketing to potential clients and referral sources. Business development experience a plus.
Required Experience:
- Bachelors Degree preferred, High School Diploma required
- 2-4 years’ experience in home care or recruiting
- Must have experience with Recruiting, Credentialing and/or Client Scheduling
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and customer service skills
- Critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem solve accordingly
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent follow through
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- MatrixCare or comparable software experience preferred
- Computer skills
