Social Media Management
- Daily posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Original content creation for social media (education, hospital happenings, and surveys).
- Content creation for National Weeks/Days.
- Manage Facebook Ads and LinkedIn weekly posts.
- Initiate and manage Instagram Reels and TikTok presence.
Community & Hospital Events Coordination
- Organize and attend community events (e.g., Color Run, Read Across America Day, Town of Parker Eggstravaganza, ect.)
- Assist the organization of Hospital Health Fairs and education workshops.
Hospital Auxiliary
- Liaison Monthly meetings, application process, and original marketing materials.
- Coordinate job duties and maintain the volunteer calendar.
- Assist in the organization of Auxiliary Fundraisers.
Patient and Community Engagement
- Participate in community coalitions (PAACE, Healthy La Paz)
- Assist with patient testimonials.
Marketing Support
- Assist in creating marketing materials for hospital employees and HR recruitment.
- Manage brochure racks.
- Assist in the development of radio ads, health matters and print ads.
Employee Engagement
- Assist with employee communications.
- Assist in developing and overseeing employee engagement programs.
Hospital Foundation
- Assist in the creation of the Foundation
- Help coordinate foundation events
Miscellaneous
- Tasks Manage hospital decorations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to create engaging and effective marketing materials. Experience in event planning and coordination. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Creative thinking and problem- solving skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
EDUCATION Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
