Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic call center representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our new patients, providing exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen ability to analyze patient's needs, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Analyze client inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our computerized system.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center environment is REQUIRED.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with office software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
