Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at LPM Miami. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while efficiently handling reservations, inquiries, and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm welcome, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Reservations & Seating: Manage bookings via phone, email, and online platforms while coordinating seating arrangements.
• Communication: Provide accurate information regarding the restaurant’s menu, services, and events.
• Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area, ensuring all guest requests are handled efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the management and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a receptionist, host/hostess, or customer service role (preferably in hospitality).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) is a plus.
• A polished, professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
