What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Chef position at La Plage at the Delamar Mystic?
Artisan Restaurant, a casual/fine dining restaurant featuring New England inspired American cuisine at the Delamar Hotel Southport, is seeking an experienced & dynamic Breakfast Chef to join the culinary team.
The Breakfast Chef will oversee the breakfast program. He/she will manage and prepare homemade breakfast foods, including pastries and bread, and à la minute egg and protein dishes. He/she will lead the breakfast service period to ensure a delicious and memorable guest experience.
Candidates should have 1-3 years’ experience in an upscale dining restaurant. Previous full-service hotel experience is highly desirable. The role is primarily a morning shift from 6am to 11am, 5-6 days a week, including weekends. Additional shifts/hours available for the right fit.
Compensation starting at $20/hour based on experience.
