This is more than a front desk job. This is your opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives, working directly with patients from their very first visit through ongoing care. You’ll be the bridge between the doctor and the community, helping new patients get on the path to better health.
Job Title:
Chiropractic Assistant / New Patient Concierge
Full-time or part-time options available
What You'll Do:
- Welcome new patients and guide them through their first visits
- Take health histories and assist with digital X-rays
- Present our membership care plans with confidence and clarity
- Support the doctor with patient care and education
- Help manage patient flow and ensure a smooth clinic experience
- Be the warm, friendly face of the practice!

Key Performance Goals:
- New patient conversions
- Presentation and sign-up rates on care plans
- Patient retention and satisfaction
- Support for internal referrals, reviews, and testimonials
Training & Growth:
We will train you on everything from how to take X-rays to how to speak to patients with empathy and conviction. Prior chiropractic or medical experience is helpful but not required—we’re looking for the right person, not just a resume.
