Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chiropractic Assistant at Parkland Chiropractic Cntr. The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for assisting with receptionist duties, appointment scheduling, and providing excellent customer service to patients on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Phone Etiquette, and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced medical office environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of chiropractic care and terminology is a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent
