Position: Clerk, High School Registrar
Primary Purpose:
Direct and manage the operations of the Registrar's office. Ensure the accurate maintenance of student transcripts, academic achievement records and cumulative student records. Handle confidential information and frequent contact with all level of district employees and state/federal governmental agencies. Interface with the personnel and information systems offices concerning campus personnel and student records.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient skills in typing, word processing, file maintenance, computers, and office equipment
- Knowledge of school district organization and operations preferred
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced clerical/secretarial experience preferred
- Possess demonstrated bookkeeping skills preferred
Experience:
- Three years or more of advanced clerical experience (preferably in a public education environment)

The district contributes $400/monthly to the cost of "employee-only" health insurance which is $175/monthly greater than the state required amount of $225/monthly.
