Essential Functions
- Develop and manage a variety of engaging presentations, field trips, and musical performances that align with the Life of the Mind’s mission.
- Recruit, collaborate with, and support skilled facilitators and presenters to deliver high-quality programming.
- Plan and coordinate program activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
- Write and edit program materials, communications, and promotional content with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain and manage participant and program information using spreadsheets and other tools.
- Lead meetings and gatherings effectively, fostering collaboration and engagement among participants and staff.
- Work closely with support staff to ensure seamless execution of program events.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit, identifying and pursuing innovative opportunities for program growth and improvement.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including availability on days, nights, and weekends as required.
- Organize and manage all administrative tasks required by the program such as, but not limited to; reservations, billing, check requests, etc.
